| The tranquil coastal resort of Langebaan is
located 120km north of Cape Town along the west coast of
South Africa and takes about an hour to drive there from the
"Mother City", with very little traffic on the road.
Langebaan is renowned for its large lagoon, which is very
safe for bathing and young children and is very popular with
fishermen as it holds a large variety of fish including the
"White Stumpnose", "Elf" and "Kabeljou". Sailing,
water-skiing, windsurfing, jet-skiing and kite-surfing are
very popular activities on the lagoon. The 18-hole Golf

| The weather is very reliable especially in the summer
months. Langebaan has developed a great deal over the past
ten years and has numerous restaurants and bars located on
the beachfront. All your shopping needs are catered for and
there is a casino at Club Mykonos |

Kian's Place is a private holiday
home located at the top of the hill next to a vineyard on
Sunbird Avenue, Langebaan. The Accommodation consists of
three large double bedrooms on the ground floor with an
en-suite to the master. There is another separate bathroom
and a washing machine is available for the longer stay. All
bedding and linen is included. The upper floor has an open
plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with two separate
balconies, one of which has an extensive BBQ area. The
lounge area has dstv satellite television facility. Please
bring your own viewing card. The kitchen and bar area has
built in cupboards and an electric island hob, extractor
fan, a large double door fridge and a bar fridge. All crockery & cutlery is provided. There is also a
dishwasher and an upstairs loo. A dart board and
table-tennis table are provided. This accommodation sleeps 10
people. Rates are based on a per day basis with a once-off
cleaning charge at the end of you stay. There are stunning
views over the whole lagoon from both balconies all the way
to Saldana Bay and you will
be able to watch the sun setting in the west. |

bedrooms, the stairwell and the garage. The master bedroom has
a double bed with built-in cupboards, dresser &
on-suite with bath & shower. The floors are tiled and the double French
doors lead out to the patio. This room has views over the lagoon. The second
bedroom has two double beds with built-in cupboards with dresser.

of drawers. The floor is tiled and there are views over the neighbouring
merlot vineyard. The second bathroom has a bath & shower with tiled floors. A
wide brick-paved driveway leads to the double garage that contains the washing machine
and wash tub. There is a large tiled patio at the entrance
to the house. The property is surrounded by a concrete wall
and gates to the driveway. |

The one leading off the dining area contains a BBQ. The lounge
area has Satellite TV & bar area with stunning views out over the lagoon
& neighbouring vineyard. The kitchen is open plan with built in cupboards, island
hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher
and large double fridge. All crockery,
cutlery and glasses are provided. The dining area has seating for eight
people and has a separate loo. The bar area has a bar fridge and has views
to the dining room, BBQ area, Lounge and the lagoon. |
